Specially developed for micro tractors , the K.O.Caçula has ample utility in agriculture . With compatable dimensions for micro tractors , the Caçulão turbo 500 provides an excellent performance in places where manuevering is difficult . It attends the needs of small , medium and large properties where its utility is required . It has as main characteristic the utilization of various accessories on the same machine , such as :

1. Coffee and Orchards with the Turbo Atomizar 560 mm (1)
2. With a low horizontal shielded bar specially developed for herbicide applications in coffee (2)
3. With an 8 meter bar for low crop application (3)
4. With application in "V" till 3 m distance , for grape , passion flower and similar supported crops (4)

200 Liter model , with fiberglass tank , equipped with 2 spray guns PC 06 and a 20 meter hose for each . An optional 400 liter tank is available .

200 Liter model , with fiberglass tank , equipped with spray booms of 7 or 8 meters . This model is indicated for plantations with onions , tobacco , strawberries , maize etc. An optional 400 litertank is available .

K.O.Caçulão Turbo 400
400 Liter model , with fiberglass tank , specially developed for plantations with dense or narrow spacing like coffee , tomatoes etc. It is equipped with a 280 mm turbine with 24 directional nozzles with anti-drip system .

KO Sprayers - 600IH and 800IH

The Cereal Line Sprayers can be equipped with 3PH-65 or 3PH-80 L pump models with ceramic jacket, valve and stainless steel seat.

This system allows the pressure control from each side of the bar individually. Result: Pressure and flow will remain unchanged in case spraying is fully or partially interrupted.

Pressure Control
Allows controlling pressure of each of the four parts of the bar, keeping pressure and flow unchanged in case of total or partial interruption of the bar.

KO Pumps
Pumps with vertical pistons and flows of 100, 150 and 200 liters per minute, with ceramic jacket and set of stainless steel valves. All models are oil lubricated.

Bars
Bars of 18m and 21m in length. Balance sytems that keeps bars working paralell to the soil, providing higher work velocity. Hydraulic lifting, opening and drawing back of bars.

The models are very versatile in terms of applications, they come in freestanding models, as well as single axle models on a frame, are equipped with Spraying Turbines with 16 sprayers (for vinyards, etc.) or optionally fitted with dual hoses and 2 spray guns for manual applications.

Optional :

Different turbines can be fitted for different applications (eg. for spraying sidewards, upwards, etc.), including different sizes.
