Unbeatable Price Tag - An Easy Maintainable, Low Cost Unit. The combination can easily be installed. Can deliver 20 tons of maize on a nine hour shift. No skilled labour necessary. Our well known 5.5 KW G2 Hammer Mill is fed by a sealed screw conveyor to prevent water spillage.
Milled maize is gravity fed to a 3-stage vibrating screen, where maize is separated from the bran.

Two stage take off screw conveyors feed the semi-fine maize to our high capacit G12 Hammer Mill. The G12 delivers up to 2 300kg of fine milled maize per hour for bagging.

Float Bed : Separating Unit

Two specially designed concave blowers deliver a controllable amount of air to the screening
area;
A fine pitch screen allows air to pass through lifting the grain;
The rocker unit mounted on the side of the screen bed, allows for absolute clean separation of unwanted products such as low quality grain, contaminated grain, splits as well as seeds.
The unit is electrically or P.T.O. Driven.
Discharge can be by way of venturi blowers or screw conveyors.
